It's Dragon Boat Festival on Friday, June 3rd, and traditionally for this festival we make and eat Zongzi (or "ZZ" as we affectionately call them) - a seasoned sticky rice filled with sweet soy marinated pork belly, shiitake mushrooms, peanuts, and dried baby shrimp wrapped in fresh bamboo leaves.

These  ZZ's will be made fresh on Friday, cooked, and then cooled for you to reheat and enjoy when you pick them up on Saturday! 

Each order comes with 2 fresh made, ready-to-eat ZZ's that can be held in the fridge for up to 3 days, or frozen for up to a month.  Each order also comes with a seasoned soy sauce to add more flavor!

Pork ZZ's are gluten-free.
