Peking Duck Dumpling
Here at SDC, we grew up eating Peking duck wraps at home. So for this collab, we thought, how cool would it be if we took that experience and stuffed it all into 12 flavorful dumplings?
We start with some amazing roasted Peking duck from Keefer Court, debone it and use the bones to make stock that also goes inside the filling. We take the Peking duck meat and skin and incorporate that with a little chicken thigh meat to get it to the right dumpling filling consistency, and finally add a bunch of crunchy chopped spring onions. The result is pretty amazing, and we can't wait for you to try it!
