Là Cháng Dumplings

A simple preparation that tastes like my childhood.  When we tested this dumpling with friends, a common response was that this tasted almost like a Chinese breakfast sausage in the best kind of way.

Sweet and savory Chinese sausage, ground pork, chopped white onions, light and dark soy sauce.
